Smoking a Baby.  Mother with one week old infant daughter. Tradition of isolating a newborn and mother for 40 days in a smokey room is being discouraged, as families are being educated about the risk of respiratory illness.  West Timor, Indonesia.  Poverty has led to a very high rate of malnutrition in this region.  Clinics have been set up to educate and treat victims of malnutrition.
